Guidelines to help make your experience more informed prior to setting an appointment- · Clothing no older than 4 years with the exception of vintage · Designer items are highly desirable o Only high-end jeans will be accepted o Sorry, no business suits (May I remind you that this is Santa Cruz?) · Consignors earn 40% once the item sells · Items must be clean, in perfect condition, smoke free, animal hair free, and on hangers. The hangers will be returned immediately o Any items requiring ironing/steaming will be charged $1.00 per garment · Spring and Summer items are accepted between March and July. Fall and Winter items are taken between end of August and November o Please note: Vintage items are accepted throughout the year · Come check out the store and prices prior to bringing in your items or setting an appointment · We cannot guarantee that we will accept all items- we make choices based on our knowledge of shopper preferences and our existing inventory · Sizes 0-14 · 60 day consignment period · You have one week after consignment period to pick up unsold merchandise otherwise it will be donated · We make pricing decisions based on experience in the industry. Items are reduced over time at our discretion. · An itemized list of all items we have accepted will be sent/given to the consignor in 2-3 business days Estate and Vintage Liquidation Return Policy All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges Sorry, we cannot place items on hold Merchandise can be put on hold for a two-week period. Layaway is considered a final sale. The total amount of the sale is due within 2 weeks-no exceptions. 50% deposit is required. Only one layaway per customer permitted at a time.
